This Chipotle location is one of my favorites; the food is very fresh, the place looks very clean, and the staff provides excellent service. I asked for the name of a very friendly guy who is always helping customers—he told me his name is Rey. I believe he is the manager, but both he and his team are dedicated to providing great service. Thank you.
I just wanted to give credit, where credit is due to a couple of your staff This is my usual location. I get chipotle at least 1x a month. This experience was one of a kind. I did a mobile order, I went and picked up and drive away. I then get a phone call about 5-7 minutes after I left and shows up Chipotle on my card screen. I answer, it's Rey, the manager of this store. he said I'm sorry Mr Gill to bother you, but there's a chance we might have give you the wrong...
Definitely a better chipotle I’ve experienced. My food is always made correctly with reasonable portions! This location could improve their customer interactions and busing tables in a timely manner.
