Bowls are definitely very tasty. The service is another story. I always feel so rushed. Its like going down an assembly line. They rush you and I've only been to a Chipotle two times.

I have been here several times and haven't had any issues other people are complaining about? The only complaint I have had (once) was the steak in the burrito was cold like it was in the fridge. Not sure what happened there, but the rest of my visits were zero complaints!

As a resident of Alexandria for many years, I would honestly have to say this location was great for me. It is much more closer to my house and the service I have received had always been awesome. I know they have recently opened, and I have seen the negative reviews, but I still somehow feel happy with my food and service. Of course, the workers are not perfect at all. But I know they try their best to treat me right, and I always give some compassion back. The food I order there...
