Would like to thank Mrs. Williams for being very helpful and explaining my paperwork. She helped me twice appreciate her time and patience. Mrs. Wiliams and Mrs. Black, I am thankful for you two ladies help. It's been a stressful situation. But you two ladies, with your patience made me feel at ease. Thank you!!! The lady that went to get Mrs. Williams was very nice too. You have a great staff at the Clerk's Office!!
You can't bring your phone in the building but there are no clocks anywhere.
Cases move fast in the Rocket Docket. Judges run a very efficient operation and the local rules help avoid unnecessary delays. The judges I dealt with were objective and fair and restored my faith in the system.As for the clerk’s office, my paper work got lost twice. A couple of my motions also took long to upload into the PACER system, even beyond the 48 hour deadline.
