We all love Crmbl! So happy this shop opened close to home. Cookies are always fresh, and the location is perfectly located in a shopping center. Service has been okay. Stopped by to pick up a gift card on a Saturday (11/2/24). The staff who "greeted" me at the register didn't seem very pleased that I walked in in the middle of her conversation with a colleague. My whole encounter with her was just awkward and unpleasant. Other than that, everything else was great.

The cookies are interesting the place is okay.. I can't stay in there too long due to the smell and smallest of the facility good cookies ?

I understand that deliveries need to be made, but instead of leaving the front doors WIDE OPEN so that everything can fly in, have a method to prop the door open or have it open automatically!! This just speaks dirt, germs, and flies, etc, landing on everything!!!
Other than that, it's an ok establishment. The cookies are huge and can easily feed two people and are a bit expensive, so if you are going here for a bargain, you won't get one.
