The vibes are just off here. I order Crumbl incredibly, incredibly often for work, have given this location quite a lot of money, haven’t ever been rude to them… you go in and say “I’m picking up for [name]” and it’s just dead silence from all 6 employees, they don’t even look or smile at you or acknowledge your existence let alone support as a customer. Not even a “it’ll be right out!”...
I recently visited this cookie store and really enjoyed it. The cookies were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. There were many different choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
