My first initial experience with this location was okay. The guy was nice enough. Gave me my dipped cone in a reasonable amount of time. However, my second experience was TERRIBLE. The woman working behind the counter on March 7th around 8 pm was awful. She played on her ipad while we waited at the counter and after probably close to 3 minutes she walks into the back and comes out after another few minutes. She proceeds to tell us that the ice cream machine was broken and there was no ice cream. So rather than telling us at the get go she wastes our time and ignores us. Terrible customer service, go elsewhere.

They had 2 people working. The lady in the front was working super slow completing one order for the person ahead of me. She had to ask the guy in the back to take my order. He was the rudest. I asked if I could get onion rings instead of fries and he looked at me and said no. I should’ve asked the other person. What are onion rings for if you can’t order them? I was too annoyed to insist. Instead I asked my husband to order me some and they told him yes but that it would take a while. Now it makes sense. Guy in the back was too lazy to do it. He must’ve felt ashamed when I was the one who picked up the order. Please save yourself a trip and skip this location.

Such a fast service with all the mixed kind of desserts for your family. Plenty of seating inside to accommodate your group.

Drive to another DQ if you're craving it. They never do the national promotions other DQs do so you can't get anything you see on tv, and the service is bad.

guess this was our last visit at this DQ we usually go 1x a month but after today I don't think so. All I wanted was a little more hot Fudge on my ice cream it was ridiculous not only that I never had gotten a receipt paid cash 15.40 cents so when I was tolmd that I have to pay for the hot fudge extra I thought I would at least have a confirmation # to give survey not only that I paid 1 dollar on top on my tip ( never again) The receipt has no confirmation number. CAN'T RECOMMEND THE DQ

It was a perfect day for a Heath bar Blizzard. It did not disappoint - I shared with my husband ❤️.

Only open till 9pm.. I'm not sure if its new hours, but only 9 pm, so the 10pm picture is old.
Stuff is very professional and friendly 5 stars for them but the wait time is a huge turn off...why is there always only 2 people working? Had to wait 10 minutes to order because there was a line and only one person working in the front and another 10 mins for 4 chicken strips which were dry and hard total of 20 minutes for a meal i did not enjoy..

The food is pretty basic but nostalgic because it reminds me of childhood. And it's close by. So definitely coming back
