I’ve never experienced any of the issues in the negative reviews and I go here regularly- Ice cream always tastes like good DQ soft serve (never had it taste sour like some people say), seating area is cool and clean, is prepared promptly, etc.

Ordered an ice cream cake through DoorDash to be delivered. The order was cancelled by the location. Called the store multiple times to see why, no answer. I filled out a form online to contact me and have not received a response. Called corporate and they can’t assist. I reordered it to be delivered today and have called the store multiple times to try and find out if this is something that’s able to be delivered but they still aren’t answering. If it’s not available...

Stuff is very professional and friendly 5 stars for them but the wait time is a huge turn off...why is there always only 2 people working? Had to wait 10 minutes to order because there was a line and only one person working in the front and another 10 mins for 4 chicken strips which were dry and hard total of 20 minutes for a meal i did not enjoy..
