This place is always changing and always has a fun theme. Right now is "Aspen on the Avenue", a ski theme. I've only ever gotten cocktails here, and not food (we come after dinner), and they're always tasty.

Nice pop-up bar in Delray with some great drinks. It's was crowded but service was quick. They do serve food that comes from the restaurant next door.

The decor was fun, but they were out of stock of some of the ingredients for certain drinks. I ordered a drink that was supposed to have edible glitter but the drink was served without edible glitter. When I asked about it I was told that they were out of the glitter and I wondered why they didn't tell me that so that I could have ordered something else. Another person at the bar next to me had a similar issue. She ordered a drink that was supposed to have a plastic syringe where you shoot part of the drink ingredients into the cocktail glass, but it was served without the syringe. I overheard her asking where it was and they said they were out of that. Again, why not just let people know that the fun parts of the drinks they are ordering are out of stock so that we can have a chance to order something else and enjoy the experience more?

Had an absolute blast here the other night - atmosphere is on point with the spooky fun vibe, drinks were excellent (particularly liked the negroni with activated charcoal), and the food was tasty elevated bar snacks. Get a group of friends and go!

The first year that the Pop-up bar was open was amazing, but it since has been a struggle particularly when it comes to the Service. Went here for the opening of the Halloween pop-up bar and while it was busy we found seats at the bar. The bartender never acknowledged us, nor did she clear away the previous patrons dishes. Even though she interacted with the two parties sitting next to us, she never once welcomed us or let us know that she would be with us in a minute. After 5 minutes of waiting, another party came in and stood at the bar. The bartender welcomed them and served them first. We left. I understand being busy, but straight up ignoring us is incredibly rude. This bar either needs more staff for service or increase training for service.

While we really liked the original Adult Sushi instance of the DelRay Pop Up Bar, none of the following instances quite made the grade. Not the Merry Christmas Bar, Not Botanicals (though closer), and not the current Miami Vice themed version, Miami Vibes. We'd hoped for an engergetic vibe to match the show, but no, it was definitly low energy. Granted this was only 8pm on a wed in the middle of the summer, but the place was dead, and the wait staff somewhat closer to a zombie themed bar. OK, that's over the top. Some. The least they could have done was spring for the full name in neon behind the bar, but just a sad pink MIAMI lurks back there.

I’ve been to the pop-up bar for a few different themes over the last year and my experience has been consistent. The food is pretty solid and the atmosphere is fun. The drinks / bartending is where this place could use some serious improvement. For a $14-16 cocktail I expect to get the liquor that is noted in the drink description. If an ingredient needs to be subbed out for something the bartender should run that by the patron (Don Q vs Bacardi for example… not a big difference, but still). Also packaged juice rather than fresh-squeezed is also a big turnoff at this price point.

They have transformed to BARtanical - "Pots and Shots Pop-Up", a botanical themed new bar. Cute plant decor all throughout the space. The drinks were heavily focused on gin, which I loved. They also offer a few food items.
