Got the breakfast plate (forgot the name already, sorry) with biscuit, eggs, meat choice (I got thick cut bacon) and 2 hash browns. Damn was that good. I normally don't love thick cut bacon so thick that it's chewy, but it was like pork belly consistency, and damn good. Hash browns were nice and crispy and golden brown, eggs were cooked perfectly, biscuit was delicious with some of their honey butter and blueberry preserves. I just finished eating and immediately needed to write this review - I got the french toast biscuit and my partner got the biscuit sandwich and it was the best breakfast I’ve had in soooo long. The biscuits were fresh, moist, and overall amazing. The hash brown patties are really good too!! Would highly recommend trying this out!

When this place is good it is excellent but there are times when the food and experience are just a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the French toast or bacon will be dried out or like it's been sitting for a little bit under the light but when it hits it really is the best. I've rated it four stars just because consistency is so critically important with a restaurant and we often debate if we're even gonna go because we know when it's not great it's just not...
