What started as a beloved regional food truck with a cult following has settled into a corporate, middle-of-the-road fast-casual chain. The food is essentially Chipotle’s cousin without the seasoning: the chips are warm, the guac is decent, and the grilled veggies have a nice char, but the meats fall short. The pollo asado can skew dry, the carnitas lack depth, and losing the self-serve salsa bar killed the DIY charm that used to set it apart.

Pros:
Got two chicken and one pork tacos that were very filling.
Pork taco was very good, chicken ones were pretty good.
Uses self-serve kiosks that were well organized.

Cons:
I love a well-salted chip, but ours were FAR too salted. Some chips were fine, but most were covered in salt.
The kiosks ask you to tip, despite the only human interaction being a “thank you” when grabbing your food.

Breakfast taco was 10/10, I intend on trying out some of their other items but I have high hopes.

Take out seems to be the most popular option - when I went the seating was almost empty but there was a short line to order.
