Diya Indian Cuisine in Alexandria is truly thriving under the new management.
The staff are polite, welcoming, and attentive, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
You can taste the difference from the buttery chicken to the rich curries, everything feels upgraded.
If you haven’t been recently, it’s worth revisiting. Excellent service, great food, Reasonable price and a real improvement all around. Will visit again.

I’ve ordered takeaway a few times now and everything has been delicious. More often than not, I get home and find a little extra treat included with my order, which totally makes my day. I’d highly recommend Diya.

I visited this restaurant to celebrate Diwali with my friends. We tried  their momos OMG they’re the best I’ve ever had in Virginia. The goat curry was flavorful and taste like it’s from nepal. The butter chicken was creamy and perfect with garlic naan. The chicken tandoori (my favorite)was juicy and tasty. I’ll visit again with my family for next time.
