I was here 2/18/2023 The gelato here is delicious, and the location is fantastic. However, I must admit that the customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, placing an order was quite challenging. It seemed like they were understaffed on a Sunday afternoon, and considering the pleasant weather on a winter day, I assume they were caught off guard by the large crowds. When I politely asked where the line started, I was met with hostility and told, "We're busy, it's just two of us." One employee, wearing a pink crew sweater, was particularly rude to other customers as well. Thankfully, after some time, a different person took our orders. Apart from that unfortunate incident, the treats were delicious. Just don't expect great customer service.
