Domino's Pizza in Alexandria

“We've been ordering on line for delivery from this store about twice a month for several years so I think I qualify for a review.
We have never had a pizza that was not cooked/baked properly.
We have never had an incorrect order.
The delivery staff is always nice. Always.
Two times in maybe eight years it has been a slow delivery. Both times we were compensated by Dominoes for the late delivery without us asking for it or reporting the delay.“

“I don’t usually take the time to leave five star reviews, especially for chain restaurants, but this particular location is always the best quality and hardest working group that I visit on a regular basis. Always fast and always professional.“

“My sons insist on Domino’s for every Friday “pizza night.” Delivery and pick up are both always very fast. The delivery guy and the in-store staff are always very friendly, even when they are busy. We were early to pick up our order last night, and despite being incredibly busy, the pizza makers talked to my son while he watched them make pizzas through the glass. Then they gave him a piece of dough to play with and try to stretch out himself! Thanks for always making our Friday nights special!“

“They make the perfect dominos pizza every time. It’s always the perfect amount of topping, the perfect cook, and very consistent. I always pick up in store and the staff is so friendly and fast. Once, they ran out of a dessert we ordered and they substituted it and gave us a credit for our next order, without us asking for anything. Absolutely love this dominos location!“

“i used to work here 4-5 years ago. reading these reviews are underwhelming. from my experience working here it actually was not that bad and one of the better jobs i’ve had. this location is in a horrible spot on the highway. there are always nasty horrible customers coming in causing issues (and leaving reviews). like it’s a ghetto nasty area but the store itself actually isn’t bad. the drivers worked hard as hard as they could as did the people on the make line. we never rude to anyone ever even when customers were trying to fist fight our employees. cleanliness was top priority and following the customers requests. almost every day i worked there someone was calling to complain about an issue that didn’t even exist…“

“I've been in 3 times so far. I said if it was good the first time that i'd be back. It was cooked to my liking, It handed to me with a smile from a polite woman. I might change it up at some point, but i'm so happy with what I get that I don't see the need. See you all soon! Not to mention the store looked really clean.“

However, there was a staff member who attended to me, I think her name was either Imani or Yasmani, sorry I didn’t catch that, and she was particularly courteous and that was impressive too.
