I just ordered two coffees. Usually I am satisfied with this place. But I expected two black coffee and in both they but tons of cream and sugar. Very disappointing.

Wow, we had a horrible experience here. We ordered from Grubhub on a Saturday afternoon at 12:20 pm. We ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and received to regular bagels with cream cheese. We also ordered two Boston cremes, a chocolate frosted, and one old fashioned cake donut, a total of four donuts. We received one strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, two old fashioned cake donuts, and 10 donut holes, I suppose to make up for the missing 4th donut. Now, I am not naive to think that maybe they ran out of donuts on a Saturday morning, but to not call or at least let us know that they could not complete the order, and to just put together a blend of assorted donuts based on what they had left, is a complete lack of attention and care for the customer or their experience. The ownership should be ashamed that this is the representation they put forth for Dunkin' Donuts. Stay away from this place. Oh, and the incorrect donuts we did get, were terrible and old tasting just the same.

Awful! Half the time they are out of donuts. Today, I preordered and got home to discover that my frosted donuts were placed upside down in the bag and were a ruined mess. My drinks were also so bad that I threw them in the garbage and no one answers the phone when I tried to call to complain.

I ordered a turkey sausage, egg, & Chees wake up wrap and wrap was opened not closed and the meat was cold, no more donuts

Ordered through Uber Eats. They were out of one of the three items I ordered (six donuts; the donut place was out of donuts), so they substituted it with two bottles of Diet Coke and an absurd amount of hash browns.Folks, if you can’t complete the order, cancel the order or contact the customer. Don’t invent a new order and fulfill that one.Edit: the receipt on the bag was my order so it wasn’t a delivery mistake.

Just a hoooorrriiible location. Dunkin' Donuts are always the worst donut option but this is a particularly bad location. The donuts are often stale, the selection is minimal, the store is dirty and quite often out of boxes, creamer, bags, etc. The staff are friendly though. I wish I could say better things because the staff are quite nice but the donuts and quality are atrocious.

Terrible breakfast. I ordered a ham and cheese on an English muffin. For $4.00++. I got 1 English muffin barely warm and 2 very thin slices of ham. And 1 slice of cheese not melted. Crazy right! It's old and dirty in there too.

So, it's a Dunkin Donuts. You should know what to expect and if it's for you. Donuts are good, breakfast of fine. I find the iced coffee a tad better personally but I regularly get it.
