The staff here is very friendly and very kind. One of the cashiers, Corey whom was very kind, patient and knowledgeable in his field. He should be a manager running the store. Will definitely come here again because of him. I wish more people are like him.

I have been trying to support this location since it’s close to my job but every time I try to come here a machine is broken or they’re out of what I ordered.
on top of that, today the manager said their machine was broken . And I couldn’t get a refund
I had to call a 1800 number for a refund . I had to wait on the phone and finally when someone answered it was a middle eastern lady who I could not understand to save my life and her phone reception was horrible it kept cutting off . I will NOT return to this location

They are improving, still some long lines on busy times but they do work together and are making changes to better serve customers who expect speedy service.
First time, ordered in person. I asked for a side of bacon, a peppermint mocha, a vanilla latte, a hash brown scramble, and a Boston creme doughnut. Person at the front counter charged us for a doughnut with three pumps of peppermint (another employee couldn't even understand how that was possible), a side of bacon (after receiving help), a French vanilla coffee, and a side of hash browns. After waiting for 20 minutes and talking to two employees, we finally gave up and left with about 2/3 of that.
Tried doing a mobile order. Ordered two lattes and two doughnuts. After 20 minutes again, we got two coffees with milk, one right doughnut, and one wrong doughnut (they were out of the other but the app disagreed).
I would recommend saving your money to spend it anywhere else.

The service here is VERY SLOW! Ordering ahead does not make much of a difference at all. There is no reason why I should have to go to the counter, to inform them my order is missing items. If you are in a hurry or want to have your items ready for pick-up, you may want to go else where.
