First time, ordered in person. I asked for a side of bacon, a peppermint mocha, a vanilla latte, a hash brown scramble, and a Boston creme doughnut. Person at the front counter charged us for a doughnut with three pumps of peppermint (another employee couldn't even understand how that was possible), a side of bacon (after receiving help), a French vanilla coffee, and a side of hash browns. After waiting for 20 minutes and talking to two employees, we finally gave up and left with about 2/3 of that.
Tried doing a mobile order. Ordered two lattes and two doughnuts. After 20 minutes again, we got two coffees with milk, one right doughnut, and one wrong doughnut (they were out of the other but the app disagreed).
I would recommend saving your money to spend it anywhere else.

The service here is VERY SLOW! Ordering ahead does not make much of a difference at all. There is no reason why I should have to go to the counter, to inform them my order is missing items. If you are in a hurry or want to have your items ready for pick-up, you may want to go else where.

I started coming to this location about a year ago but recently it’s been the only Dunkin I will go to because my order is never wrong and the staff are always kind, especially Hafsa. She always has smile, she always greets everyone and is always on top of the orders. I do recommend this location
As long as they get the cream and sugar amount I ask for correct, it's a jolly ride to work!!!!! Nuff

I have had the worst day of my life and the worst thing is that for the same Hispanic race, a woman who works here named Marlene asked her to borrow the key to the bathroom and she told me that I had to buy, of course I was going to buy but I wanted to use the bathroom and it wasn't enough for him to humiliate me in front of other people, but he didn't want to open the women's bathroom, but he opened the men's bathroom and told me if I wanted to use that one, otherwise I should go somewhere else, what a shame it's in storage. I didn't hire good staff and my children like to go here so much, what a disappointment.
