Unreal sandwiches.
Probably the best chicken cutlet I’ve had.

One of the best sandwich shops I've been to in the entire DMV area. Fantastic food, nice staff and casual environment. I got the "Rachel" and I loved it. They have a great menu to choose from and everything I saw coming out from the kitchen looked awesome. This is a great spot in Old Town. Highly recommend.

This place was bomb. Came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon with some family. We had looked at the menu before and decided we would go halfsies on sandwiches so we could try more than one option. There were so many choices that looked good I'm glad we went that route.
I had half of the rhino and half of the Sophia. The rhino was really good but the Sophia was GREAT. Spicy and sweet at the same time. Super fresh. It was delicious. 5/5 would sandwich again.

Most elite sandwiches in Alexandria. Recommend The Rachel pastrami sandwich and No. 128 Italian
I am completely a plain Jane sandwich girl. I have been stuck on the Crunch Time sandwich, to the point they know that I am getting that sandwich when I walk through the door. BUT, Eddie's has changed my mind about everything! I've always have heard about the cutlet sandwiches. So, I finally tried one. Y'all, it was amazing! I highly recommend the cutlets. Along, with the nostalgia vibes they've got some pretty neat snacks and I've plenty of times have picked up some sauces and noodles for a last-minute dinner idea. Also, the seasonal drinks are great. It's refreshing to have a half-n-half with cherry lemonade and iced tea. Don't forget to get a cannoli every once and a while.

It's not often we try a new spot here in Alexandria that's actually worth the hype they get. Eddie's is absolutely worth every ounce of hype they get. The French dip, No. 26, and Rachel were top notch with more meat than you could fathom when compared to other shops in the area. The chocolate cannoli was one of the best cannolis we've ever had. This place has earned a spot to be added to the lunch rotation.

The No. 22 chicken cutlet sandwich feels like the hug from a loved one after a long day. Like a blanket placed around you on a crisp autumn evening. Like hearing the voice of someone you’ve missed for a long time. This sandwich will make your bad days better and good days amazing.
This sandwich was amazing.

Eddy’s is a wonderfully local sandwich shop with the charming decor, unique grocery items, friendly owners, and DELICIOUS sandwiches!
Gahh I’m so close to loving this place but they’re just not there yet. I’ve had the Sophia, the tuna, a chicken cutlet, and the eggplant sandwiches. I’ll say the panini and ciabatta bread is much better than the hoagie roll. The roll is too doughy and just not right, yet.
Tuna needs some freshness (greens, onions, peppers, something). Cutlets need more dressing. The Sophia was too sweet(?) I do, however, love their fresh mozz! The mozz tastes like it was made that morning!
Service is good. Ambiance is cool.

Went here for the first time today and was not impressed. Very nice customer service, but was disappointed in the sub. $16 for a 7 inch sub is way too overpriced for the quality. Should have stuck with Jersey Mikes!
10/10 Deli.
Eddie’s sandwich hit the spot while I between my travels.
I had the No. 128; everything you want in an Italian style sandwich. ??
Thank you!

Had their chicken cutlet sandwich with thousand island, lettuce, and bacon. The most delicious chicken cutlet sandwich you will ever taste. 10/10 excellent service, excellent food, and the food came out relatively quick. Would go here again in a heartbeat.

Upon entering the store, I was delighted to see an extensive and vibrant menu, a bubbling bodega style atmosphere (no cat), with an incredible market full of Italian goods! It was hard to choose which delicious sandwiches to try, but I don’t think we could’ve gone wrong with any of them. The staff were super friendly, and got us our food in no time.
There’s some nice seating inside and outside, too. Definitely somewhere to become a regular.

Cute little sandwich shop with a small area to dine and buy drinks and some other authentic Italian things. I ordered the Mozz sandwich. It was really good. One of the best mozzarella sandwiches I've had in a while. Can't wait to try more.
