I would have to say that the costumer service was not very good, after endulging the food I had asked the the young lady which was waiting the table to please bring me a cup of water she gave the only attitude which the counter was no more than 10 feet it took her five minutes because she was busy looking at her phone and at that moment there were only two customers in there which she served them with a smile and since it was my first...

We had a wonderful experience at El Pollo Ranchero! The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered the 1/4 charcoal roast chicken with Spanish rice, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were rich and authentic. The service was excellent, and what made it extra special was the chef personally coming out to check if we were enjoying our meal.
