A group of friends and I went here to celebrate, we had made a reservation almost 1 week prior and when we arrive the table was not set up for the amount of people we had scheduled. We ordered and got the food. The food was okay, at best. Nothing special and the chicken was dry with very little seasoning. Everything immediately went wrong when it was time to pay. First we asked to split the bill and our waiter said yes and after 10 minutes we received ONE check with the total for the table. We asked for it to be split again and she once again agreed. 15-20 Minutes later the waiter came and asked each of us what we had ordered. After ANOTHER 15 minutes we received our checks which were all incorrect. Overcharged or charged for items that we did not have. After half of our party had paid for the incorrect bills as we were just trying to leave at that point. The other half paid for the bills we had received and attempted to leave. The manager stopped us and accused us of not paying for 5 bills. We asked what bills had we not paid for and the manager rudely told us that either someone pays or they would call the cops (we had been compliant and were simply wondering which bills were not paid for). I was already very upset and gave them my card for the bills that 'were not paid for' as to deescalate the situation. Once I was insanely overcharged we left and the manager chased after us and handed us ANOTHER bill that was 'unpaid'. We were all in disbelief at this point and shocked as we were charged more than $100 over what were meant to. The manager started screaming and threatened to call the cops for'harassments' and 'stealing'. We paid the bill and three of us waited for our ride. While waiting in the lobby, we overheard the manager LOUDLY talking badly about us and called us stupid and unbelievable for not understanding. This ruined all of our nights and we wasted hundreds of dollars on okay food and food we hadn't even ordered. Unbelievably terrible experience here. Never returning.

I was here for a work dinner, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The waitstaff were really attentive and friendly. Parking wasn't too bad either. The table spacing was a little difficult for our group of 10, but they made it work. The owner even stopped by to say hello to our group so that was nice as well. Overall, I had a really good time.

The pizza is great. The salad was really lackluster, especially for the price. Really relaxed atmosphere. Seems like there were a lot of regulars and the owner was walking around checking on tables. Overall a good experience, service was fast and great. Don’t waste money on a salad though.

Assumption: we are Italians, born and raised. Out of the main waterfront restaurant crowd, this good restaurant delivers Italian style food (sorry to say real Italian food can be only in Italy; it seems a bit cocky but that's it...) that is really good. We concentrated on pizza and we confirm it is really good, abundant, satisfying portion, tasty and, most of all, will not jeopardize your digestion. Let's say that, to assess the good quality of a pizza, you eat it and you shouldn't have any problem digesting during the night. If you feel thirsty and experience problems digesting: too bad the ingredients were not of good quality. This is true not only for Italian style pizza but for any kind of pizza, Detroit, Chicago, New York...and Italian in Italy too. Nobody is perfect ;-)

Shout out to Joe, Billy, Hamid, Manisha, and Carlos. Thanks for keeping green chile year-round to spice up my delicious pizza. Everyone I've introduced Faccia Luna to loves it and I eat there a few times a month! YUMMY!This is a place I take guests and the ALWAYS want to return. Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent service.

What a great place, it doesn't really feel like any other place in the area, but definitely worth it. when you walk in and see the 90s booths, you'd assume it's a North Shore mom-and-pop small-town Italian place. It captures that and has some of the better pasta and pizza in the area. The staff is always hustling and bustling around, but have time to be friendly and talk to the guests. We have been here multiple times and seems many people come back on the regular. Parking is a little tricky being on Washington Street, but there are plenty of side roads to park on.We've enjoyed both dining in or taking home. The bruscetta is great and we usually get a couple pizzas.Kid-friendliness: It has wonderful food, but it's not fine dinning, completely a family establishment. The booths are well-maintained and clean but having a kid spill wouldn't be the end of the world.

After googling reviews of pizza joints in the area, I stumbled upon Faccia Luna. We decided to go there that night. I have struggled finding a pizza spot I liked since I moved here, and this one did not disappoint. Great service and great pizza. The staff and owner are so personable. Very friendly. The pizza has great flavor. We will definitely be back!!!!

overpriced and the bartender was incredible rude. We ordered a pizza to go, he made us feel like we were a bother for him, he never asked if we wanted any napkins or pepper or cheese, he recommended two 14" pizzas for three people which was WAY too much, then he aggressively asked us twice if we wanted to tip him.....for a carry out order....it was insanely bizarre. Two 14" pizzas cost us $70. Definitely not worth it
