PITA BREAD
Fresh baked, all natural pita bread made the Palestinian way. Order 1 or 10, these incredible pitas can be put in the freezer and reheated incase you have left overs. Don't forget the hummus!
HUMMUS
Falafel Inc Hummus is an all-natural, no preservative blend of fresh garbanzo and premium grade imported tahini. We finish our hummus with a house made tatbili of garlic, lemon and olive oil.
CUCUMBER TZATZIKI
Thick, creamy, umami packed, our version of Tzaki has fresh cucumbers, mint and topped with Palestinian imported extra virgin olive oil. Try it with some pita chips!

Stopped by Falafel Inc. in Old Town Alexandria and went straight for the chicken shawarma. Flavor-wise, this thing sings. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the sauces were on point, and the red sauce? Absolute headline act. Bold, punchy, and worth the visit on its own. The habibi sauce held its own too, adding a nice creamy balance.

Small hiccup: I asked for no pickles, but they still made a surprise appearance. Not the end of the world, but if you’re...
