Falafel Inc Hummus is an all-natural, no preservative blend of fresh garbanzo and premium grade imported tahini. We finish our hummus with a house made tatbili of garlic, lemon and olive oil.

Stopped by Falafel Inc. in Old Town Alexandria and went straight for the chicken shawarma. Flavor-wise, this thing sings. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the sauces were on point, and the red sauce? Absolute headline act. Bold, punchy, and worth the visit on its own. The habibi sauce held its own too, adding a nice creamy balance.

Small hiccup: I asked for no pickles, but they still made a surprise appearance. Not the end of the world, but if you’re...
