Family Fortune Chinese Restaurant

Customer service was amazing, but the food was not. That was unfortunate because I really wanted to like their food. I have to keep these reviews honest.
The pork was mostly bones and there was no meat. The seasoning was okay.
The chicken was dry and the seasoning just tasted like soy sauce and ginger.
This place is very pricey for the quality of food. Sorry, but you need to do better.

The tasty food is one thing BUT one thing which stood out for me is their great customer service. Jane and her other colleague were all smiles, kind and attentive. You can tell they love the job that they do. This is the kind of service you wanna comeback for more. I also appreciate that they're wearing a transparent mouth shield as it looks more neat than a regular mask. They offer free soup and coffee on top of your regular order which is great since it's winter around this time. I hope they can be consistent with their business approach and I wish their new store a success!

I order food for pick up in this Chinese restaurant before I had same order few times sesame Chicken, Hot sour soup and beef lo mein but every time the food is getting worse. This time the Beef lo mein did not have any flavor at all !!!Wasted my money… Definitely my last order in this restaurant

Bill and I thinks this is the best asian takeout food in Alexandria. It is family oriented and very nice employees. The food is outstanding.. We recommend this restaurant to anyone. If you want some good asian food take out or delivery one of the best we ever had. Mama Sue and the kids are awsome. Five star review is worth it. Anyone else in the area I would not go to. Thank you for the great food and respect you give your customers

The service was really great. The staff were nice and fast when it came to taking my order. It was my first time there and it was a pleasant experience. The food was really good as well. The beef in my beef and broccoli was really tender and my sister loved their lo mein noodles. It was also very cheap for two people and the serving size for a small was still a decent amount. I wasn’t able to finish the beef and broccoli even though I ordered a small.

Awesome place! Family owned. Dude at the front is always super nice and the girl who cooks in the back always comes out to go over my order with me. Very satisfied with this place. Food is awesome.

Ok firstly our pickup order did take an hour to be prepared but it was so good. The crab Rangoons were filled and crunchy! The Singapore noodles and general tso had great flavor. I was so impressed. You can tell it's a hard working family that runs this place
