Ordered a Large Hook and Ladder. I'm the one that got the hook, as this is without a doubt the worst sub for the money I have had in at least 10 years! It was mainly bread with very little meat. The ham was too sweet and the single slice of Turkey was so thin it was translucent, with only a shred of lettuce and a couple of onions--nothing else. I asked for light Vinegar and Oil, which was missing. The cost with tax was over $15.00 for a sandwich that must have cost them about $3.00. To put things in perspective, a similar sub at Subway, at which I occasional eat, costs less and has 5-6 times more veggies, as well as more meat. Though I got it to go I did leave a small tip, yet they acted insulted. No wonder they had only one other customer while I was there--never again!!

The d cor was simple and elegant.
The main dish was satisfying.
Was told they don't have a small drink option. Was given a small (22oz cup) and charged for medium. Reported the issue online once I realized. 15 days later, management here has made no intention of reaching out or correcting the issue.

I ordered a medium Tuna sub. The meat was only on one side of the sandwich.. So, what happened to the rest of it? I paid $11 for bread??
