used to love this place until I paid 9 dollars for a side of soup that was less than a liquid cup worth of food. terrible quality control, disrespectful, and didn't care to help or offer any way to make it right will not order again.

I love the Engineer sub combo. That it comes out warm with those mushrooms is so very good. Add some hot sauce for an even better experience.

How is possible, no body understand English I pick up my order and I ask for something else and no one understand! That fine I go home and when I check my order is no rigth! How is possible I nver come back to this place , if you don't know how run bussines is better if you close.

Don’t bother ordering a sandwich for pick up. I ordered one to go and it was ready 10 min after my pick up time because they didn’t start making it until I arrived and inquired.

First time going and I asked if I could sample the jerk turkey meat and they said no. I asked what if I don't like it if I order it...they shrugged their shoulder and walked away, so I walked out and went to Subway.

Every now and then I get a craving for the Hook and Ladder sub and this Firehouse location never disappoints. This location has great customer service and they always get my order correct and ready on time for pick up. Even when they are busy, the quality of the sub does not suffer.
