The worst experience to date. How do you have cold and hot french fries all in the same bag; the burger was not good my stomach hurt instantly I will never eat at this location again. Signed, disappointed.

You’re giving people fries in a small baggie, hiding it in a bigger bag and calling it ‘large.’ Typical DMV scam. Five Guys everywhere else will fill that big bag up!

For at least the last two visits to this store, our prders were wrong. The order-taker did not key in our order correctly. The food we received was what he keyed in but not what we ordered (once we ordered a little hamburger, but the order taker keyed in the regular hamburger. Another time we ordeed mustard only but mustard and ketchup was keyed in). The staff do not read back the order otherwise we would have caught the mistake. Also, soda machines were out of caffeine free. All tables needed to be cleaned.
Seriously rethinking my loyalty to Five Guys...there are other places to get a good burger.

The staff here are atrocious. Loud, obnoxious and can't even get your order right. Instead of working and making orders, they're dancing and singing with each other. Then 20 minutes later when you do get your order, it's not even correct. Worst location. I see why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

Take out on 2 Aug, Saturday at 1500. Kelyn did not ensure I received complete order. I had to remind her to make my banana milkshake. Staff of 5 all talking and hanging out. Restaurant was not busy either. Also random solicitor entered the restaurant to bother me for money. Solicitor attempted fake medical sob story for money. Not a pleasant experience eating here.

Shrinkflation strikes again! Five Guys was known for their huge serving of fries, which you could easily share between several people...and now they've changed it to cheap out.

You used to get a full cup of fries plus a ton in the bag. Now they've switched to a little paper baggie of fries and a handful in the bag. For 7.50!!! A meal for three cost us close to 60 dollars. Their burgers are really good, but it's just not financially doable for families anymore.

Nothing worse than having to pay triple for what you used to pay for. Food and services to be even more lack luster than before for triple the price is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I specifically asked for crispy fries and OF COURSE the fries are a soggy greasy mess. Burger is NOT worth the jacked up prices almost $14 for a bacon cheeseburger. You guys are NOW SCAMMERS.
I don't ever want to return for this HOT GARBAGE at a price of an arm and a leg. I WANT A REFUND‼

Attention health department. No hot water to wash hands..shut down this location. Suggestion: install manual faucet to adjust hot water
