The staff here are atrocious. Loud, obnoxious and can't even get your order right. Instead of working and making orders, they're dancing and singing with each other. Then 20 minutes later when you do get your order, it's not even correct. Worst location. I see why it was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

Take out on 2 Aug, Saturday at 1500. Kelyn did not ensure I received complete order. I had to remind her to make my banana milkshake. Staff of 5 all talking and hanging out. Restaurant was not busy either. Also random solicitor entered the restaurant to bother me for money. Solicitor attempted fake medical sob story for money. Not a pleasant experience eating here.

Shrinkflation strikes again! Five Guys was known for their huge serving of fries, which you could easily share between several people...and now they've changed it to cheap out.
You used to get a full cup of fries plus a ton in the bag. Now they've switched to a little paper baggie of fries and a handful in the bag. For 7.50!!! A meal for three cost us close to 60 dollars. Their burgers are really good, but it's just not financially doable for families anymore.

Nothing worse than having to pay triple for what you used to pay for. Food and services to be even more lack luster than before for triple the price is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I specifically asked for crispy fries and OF COURSE the fries are a soggy greasy mess. Burger is NOT worth the jacked up prices almost $14 for a bacon cheeseburger. You guys are NOW SCAMMERS. I don't ever want to return for this HOT GARBAGE at a price of an arm and a leg. I WANT A REFUND‼

I've been eating Five Guys for 30 years and they have always had perfect quality control. Today they gave me a cheeseburger without cheese, that's embarrassing because it's an ingredient I'm paying extra for. The rest of the food was also barely warm and looked undercooked. I've never seen a burger at 5 Guys that was red in the center and the fries were soft. The service has always been insanely good. Honestly, this is the second time ever that my order was wrong... and the first time was earlier this year on RT 1. I hope this isn't a trend because I always tell people that I don't care what they charge because the food is always perfect.

I ordered a banana and a Oreo milkshake. This does not look like a milkshake from the website!! It’s soupy! I order asap and when my bf went to the store the associate act like she didn’t want to do it! No whip cream! Nothing! I will NOT come back. Waste of time and money! Had to go to 7/11 to add Oreo cookies to my weak shake!

Just like another other five Guys location. I like the burgers. Came to grab lunch. Ordered a hot dog and bacon cheese burger. Had the hot dog and felt a little off with my throat. Will be tossing the burger - not worth risking to get sick. There was a employee behind the food line who was displaying symptoms of constant coughing. Person did not wear a mask and was working around the food. Noticed they went back in the kitchen area to finally cover their face in paper towels to control their cough.
This is absolutely alarming. I reached out to the business twice to make this aware. Will also reach out to food and health services in VA. I'm surprised people eating here did not seemed as alarmed that they were being served food that may potentially cause them to get sick. They have security cameras, so I'm sure the business can pull up the footage. I am feeling off and let's hope I don't get sick. I've had better, more sanitized experiences at other five Guys. This is a food restaurant - the employees should know better. I will not becoming back.
Also, while the peanuts may be good - people! Hope you're aware of who may be touching or sifting through those peanuts as you put your hand in to grab yours.. After paying out at the cashier for your meal, most people generally don't wash their hands immediately. Handing cash etc. Germs do spread.

My small fries was a good quantity even though the store was packed and I really hate it when they try to give you a little fries just because the store is busy. I really appreciate that. They’re also nice when I asked for mayonnaise.
