The food offered here is very GOOD I love that they serve the savory foods hot without question. However this place is BLATANTLY RACIST. It’s disgusting and uncomfortable that there is every bit of effort put into greeting one specific type of demographic that we all know. While as a black man I enter and all I get is blank stares, half of a interaction and no follow up questions if I would like anything else. I sat and watched the conversation with the white couple after me and the service was top tier. Ya need to re evaluate your staff and train them more on what DEI means. If you gonna run a racist store put a sign up to at least warn people. I will never eat here again. You should be ashamed it’s 2025 grow up.

Ordered from Fresh Baguette app. Didn’t get half(!!) of my order and customer service wasn’t really helpful, no information on whether I’ll get my food delivered or they’ll give me a refund. Very upsetting situation.
Update: got my issue resolved 3 hours later, will get a refund in 3-5 days, plus got a $20 gift card

The new coffee/pastry club is terrible and they stopped making/selling their best solo pastries ie: Lemon bread, pumpkin bread. Without those two things there's no reason to go there anymore.

This place is excellent. I’m picky about my cappuccinos and it is always so consistently good here. It just tastes robust and smooth, no weird bitterness, or tinny taste. Love their Crogels too!! The staff is always very attentive and friendly!
