Ordered from Fresh Baguette app. Didn’t get half(!!) of my order and customer service wasn’t really helpful, no information on whether I’ll get my food delivered or they’ll give me a refund. Very upsetting situation.

Update: got my issue resolved 3 hours later, will get a refund in 3-5 days, plus got a $20 gift card

This place is excellent. I’m picky about my cappuccinos and it is always so consistently good here. It just tastes robust and smooth, no weird bitterness, or tinny taste. Love their Crogels too!! The staff is always very attentive and friendly!

Pastries were ok. I got an almond croissant, a raspberry croissant, and an apple pastry with shortbread crust and an egg pastry cream. The apple shortbread (Normandy?) was the best by far. The almond and raspberry croissants were underwhelming both in filling and in flavor. The “cappuccino” was awful. It tasted like drip coffee with way too much milk. Cappuccino is espresso, steamed milk, topped with foamed milk, not simply coffee topped with hot oat milk. I ended up tossing...
