Great food...sea bass was wonderful. Service was slow and there were too many tables crowded into a small space. We were a group of 8, and it was unmanageable particularly given the cost of the meal
Dining at Gadsby’s Tavern is worth the visit for the history alone. It’s fascinating to sit in a place where George Washington is said to have enjoyed a meal, and it’s hard not to imagine the conversations that once filled the room. The food was good quality, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable.

pretty good place ngl. came here after dealing with a whole revolution and needed something to eat lwk was feeling bit hungry 😭
food was good, people were nice, and the place had a good vibe. kinda reminded me of the old days.
only problem is there was nowhere to park my horse and they still don’t have wifi after 200+ years is crazy.
