Has absolutely nothing special, specially charging $15.00 bucks for two tiny patties of rubbery-textured lamb in between onion, tomato and shredded lettuce (boring) AND you have to pay extra for cheese. Crazy.•Staff couldn’t care less to serve and had no customer service skills whatsoever. Felt like I walked into a Mc. Donald’s and they just could not wait for me to order quickly and get out quickly. Lady threw my order on the counter, called my name and just walked away. No eye contact, no “thank you” or “see you next time”. Kind of a depressed environment in there.•Absolutely ZERO flavor. So if you want to disappoint your tastebuds, you should go here. Spent $30+ bucks for a hotdog, a burger and onion rings. You’re better off getting a steak at a sit down than going to go eat this slap-on set up of food. Was hoping to find a good burger here to go-to often, but all I found was a waste of money and no taste with a cherry on top of unhappy and uninviting staff. Yikes.

Don’t come here because itll probably be closed! We’re pretty upset. Friend recommended this place to us and we were in the vacinity having a drink, couldn’t wait for a nice burger and fries after. We headed over and touched the door at 8:01 only to see the “you just missed us” sign on the front door with the “open” sign turned off and the cashier counting the register in the window. We thought we were the issue but did a quick google search to see it closes at 9pm. It’s now 8:10pm on a Thursday night and we have to figure something else out. Disappointed to say the least.

Fantastic food, good service and fair prices. Took my family of five here and everyone found something they loved. I had the DC Dog with bbq sauce, onions, pickle and Bleu cheese. It was great. The whole place was neat and clean.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals offered with hot dog or grilled cheese. My kids had each, and they were both good.

Great place for a quick lunch. We had a Chicago dog, a jalapeño cheddar dog and shared the Haute fries. The Chicago dog loses a bit by not using sport peppers. The Haute fries are ?. Service was friendly and the atmosphere chill. We will revisit.

I'm becoming a regular at this hot dog joint. I'm vegetarian/ pescatarian and so when I have a hankering for hot dog this is where I go. You can get all the good fixings on it which I really appreciate. I rate it atmosphere at 4 because it's pretty low key. But it's nice. It's clean. And the people are friendly.Vegetarian options: Yep, a yummy vege dog!

Nice quaint place located in Old Town Alexandria, VA. First time going and the atmosphere was nice, the people who worked there were friendly and the food was delicious...
While I have always enjoyed the food here, their business operations are a frustrating mess. Today I also experienced a very nasty attitude from the young women running the cash register/order window. She said she couldn't process (the fairly recently received) gift card I had, since they were now using a different type of gift card. Had a nearly identical experience in Oct 2022 when they had also changed systems or cards. In April 2023 they said a promotional offer I had rec'd couldn't be processed. I ended up contacting the owner in these 1st 2 cases and after much wasted time and visits, I did at least get what was already paid for or promised. Today was exceptional though because of the rudeness of the counter person and her grossly unprofessional behavior. I believe not honoring validly issued gift cards is illegal. Despite the good hot dogs, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth.

I came here with my family and this place was simply amazing. The owner was patient and sincere. Knowing that it was our first time, he offered some suggestions and I must say that the Chicago style and Corney Island selections will have your tastebuds wanting more. Not only was he attentive, his workers were extremely nice and made sure our food was delivered expeditiously. We will definitely visit again.Kid-friendliness: I had 4 children with me.
