I'm always looking forward to trying a new sushi place. I came across Hinata Sushi and decided to give them a try. I went with the Black Brick speciality roll and the shrimp teriyaki bento box. The Black brick roll is a soft shell crab roll with shrimp served on top of rice with squid ink. The roll was okay. Would I get it again? I absolutely love this place. The food is incredible their sushi is always spot on and they always love to try to create new sushi rolls. The staff is very friendly and I would recommend this to anyone I know.

I realize how important reviews are for small businesses like this, especially for sushi which is so unique especially for knowing which places have fresh seafood. I came here several weeks ago with very moderate expectations. Everything was delicious. The sashimi platter was phenomenal as well as the specialty rolls. This place is definitely fresh and worth a try.
