Third time eating here and the tuna is consistently fishy, in rolls or by itself as sashimi. Everything else is excellent. The salmon sashimi is buttery and smooth. They have a great selection of specialty rolls and regular rolls. I would just avoid anything with tuna.

This seems like a nice place and I hate to leave bad reviews. But I have to be honest. The sashimi did not seem to be very fresh. And my sushi roll also seemed a little stale. The Wasabi was gritty and had a strange flavor. These are all things that can be easily fixed, so maybe I was there on a bad day. Maybe the fresh fish is delivered tomorrow and we had week old fish. But basically, I was disappointed.

I had the most incredible experience at Hinata Sushi!
The sushi was absolutely outstanding! fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, and you could tell the ingredients were top-notch. We tried a variety of rolls, each one unique and delicious in its own way. The chef’s creativity and attention to detail really stood out.
We also appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the meal, like the perfect pairing...
