Great portion sizes for the price! The 3-piece tenders are usually more than enough for me. The website is a little messy, but if you write additional instructions, they’re great about following them. They’ve always gotten my order right!

Horrible customer service. They don’t care about customer experience at all. They try to overcharge and have no resolution to incorrect orders. Money hungry.

Food under new management is terrible. Honestly a disgrace to the hot Lola franchise. They've altered the recipe for the chicken sandwich and changed their fries as well which were completely dry. Complete and utter disappointment. Definitely will be going to Ballston location in the future

This location is under new management/ownership now. Fries are drastically worse, and the chicken sandwich has degraded in quality. Would advise visiting another location. RIP the best chicken sandwich spot in Alexandria.

The price on the website doesn’t match when you arrive at the location. Everything is doubled. It’s so misleading for a franchise restaurant. Their explanation is that ownership has been changed! I ended up paying 18 dollars for something a few weeks ago cost me 9 dollars. Two other locations are still charging customers with what’s advertised on their websites.

Supreme! The value is great and the taste is amazing. So much better than other fried chicken burger place such as Chick-fil-A but only 2 bucks more. The burger size is huge and I couldn’t finish the meal. The spicy level is good for Asian like me not super super hot that make you uncomfortable. Would love to visit again and definitely hope it can open in PA.

Is this location under new management or going through a rebrand? I ordered 2 miso homey chicken sandwiches and I have always ordered that or the Knockout but they didn’t know what the “knock out” was and this was the “Miso Honey chicken sandwich” I got. The fries aren’t even the same.

If you look online to what their menu advertises and from the multiple times I’ve ordered Hot Lola’s, because it’s always been my favorite, this is completely different.

First time trying their food. Huge amount! Juicy spicy fried chicken sandwich and fries are amazing! I chooses OG level of spicy 🌶️, it’s very taste and acceptable spicy. Chick is fresh and hot, fries is fresh and hot. It’s sooo good to have on a cold day. I will come back to try other stuff next time

I used to visit their ballston location. Glad that they opened one in Alexandria which is closer to us. Great taste.

Everything is served fresh and their sandwiches are very flavorful. Highly recommended. My favorite is the deluxe sandwich with "hot boy" spice level
