We come here sometimes for a drink and the bartender Anna is always a pleasure to talk to. Very sweet and the food is always amazing too!

Stopped by Hummingbird Bar & Kitchen inside the Hotel Indigo Old Town Alexandria and really enjoyed it. The shrimp Louie salad was fresh, light, perfectly cooked shrimp and just the right balance of flavors.
The cocktails were the standout for me. I tried the Rose in Bloom and loved it! Definitely one of those drinks you remember and would order again.
Great vibe, thoughtful menu, and a solid spot whether you’re staying at the hotel or just popping in from Old Town. I’d happily come back for drinks (and that salad) again.

It was a lovely place with wonderful food and the service was excellent The highlight was the floor manager named Alla. She had a tremendous attitude and was very knowledgeable about the menu selections and food allergies. She is definitely a positive point of the service i received. She was the most positive person i interfaced with during my visit and a major reason i look forward to returning there again

Food was just normal, nothing I'd call excellent or that I wanted to try again. Also looked like my breakfast bake was cooked a while ago and not for my order. My friend ordered eggs Benedict and the sauce was thin and layered.
Even cinnamon buns were tasteless, how can anyone spoil cinnamon buns?

Gorgeous, quiet corner of Old Town with views of the river. Great food and service! Highly recommend the fried oyster appetizer and the cheese board. A real treat if you are thinking of a nice place for a holiday lunch.

The eggs Benedict with Virginia ham was excellent. The Smashburger was very tasty. The view of the water while eating was exceptional.

They bar was awesome the bartender the day I went on a Sunday was fantastic but much to be desired with there wait staff an brunch menu. They ran out of some options by 11 o clock. But the bonus is there cinnamon rolls are a must have

We loved having breakfast at Hummingbird Bar & Kitchen. The restaurant sits right on the Alexandria waterfront, inside the Hotel Indigo, with huge windows facing the Potomac River that fill the space with soft morning light — perfect if you enjoy calm mornings. The coastal vibe is relaxed and elegant without trying too hard.

We ordered the French toast with crispy bacon and the eggs Benedict with potatoes — everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It’s one of those breakfasts where you don’t rush… you just enjoy the moment.

Thomas and Tonya are awesome! They greeted me as soon as I walked in, with smiles and pleasant vibes! The manager, Ken, recommended this cool drink called CAMPING. Was delicious… like a Smokey, s’mores, old fashioned.
Great experience. Next time I’m in old town, I will be back here first!!!
