My family and I ate here twice, this past week, while on vacation. Our server, Jasmine was incredibly nice and attentive on both occasions. On top of that, almost everything we ordered was very delicious! The restaurant also has a kid’s menu (e.g. Mac & Cheese, chicken nuggets, etc.) that comes in very handy if your kids aren’t partial to Indian food yet :)

Seriously good food: fresh ingredients, clean authentic flavours, and perfectly presented! The service is warm and attentive to detail and the vibe is very pleasant. We were in the area for a short trip and ended up going there twice in 4 days, and loved everything we tried both times. I'm not a huge dessert person but was very impressed by the 'real' gulab jamun, unlike what one gets in the vast majority of US indian restaurants. Highly recommended!

This is the most amazing restaurant I have visited in DC. EVERYTHING we ordered was fabulous. There was plenty to take back to our son to enjoy. The most incredible service. Alisa and staff are incredible. We felt like we were royalty. This is a fabulous place. We will be back tomorrow for another fabulous meal before we have to return to our home. Thank you Indochen Old Town and Alisa the best service and food anywhere.

We are staying at the Hyatt this restaurant is located in and were very pleasantly surprised.We arrived 30 minutes before close and ordered to-go. The waitstaff was incredible and very kind. Our food was incredibly flavorful and came out quickly. Highly recommend.

We went with some classics to discern if it was good. I enjoyed the quality herbs and spices.Definitely put this on your list when looking for a new spot to try in Old Town. For my clients that stay in Old Town while searching for the right home I will have them add this to their list.
