Completely dead on a Sunday and these people still messed up my sandwich. Didn’t even request anything extra but they decided to add on 5 lbs on mayo. Also their fountain drink machine is broken too. Not coming back here

The operations of this location should be submitted as a case study of how to NOT run a business. I’ve never come across a cohort of employees so unmotivated and disinterested in their objective.

Slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. There were barely any customers in there and they would put out one sub every 5 minutes with 5 people working. There’s one lady that’s “managing” the process and is the least efficient human I’ve witnessed. She just yells at the team and micromanages horribly. Feel like they missed training. Plus I get home and open my order and it’s not even correct. Would be in your favor to drive to the further jimmy John’s to get your order correct and within a reasonable timeframe.

A satisfying sandwich prepared fast. The veggie is a nice vegetarian option and without mayo and as an unwich (salad leaves instead of bread), a rather healthy meal.

I usually love Jimmy John's. The best Veggie sub. Stood in line for 20 mins behind two other people, there are 5 to 6 people working in a line reading slips and making sandwiches. After waiting a while, a woman asks if they are only doing app orders bc we were just standing there without being acknowledged, and the only woman working states they are only filling online orders. It would have been nice to state that when we walked in. Or have a sign on the door or register area. It was just overall rude.

Disaster. Something so simple turned so bad with such an untrained and unmotivated staff. Order taker struggles to take a simple sandwich order and gets it wrong. One sandwich maker can’t keep up with call in and walk in orders. Staff standing around looking lost. Took forever. AVOID this LOCATION

The staff is unprofessional, on their cell phone and rude when asked questions like where the napkins were and it took 30 min for them to create two subs. The store was empty it was just me and one other person. Jimmy johns chains are my favorite sandwich shop. I travel a lot and have been to many in locations all over the U.S and they all have been great. This is my first bad experience. Please address this, hurts the reputation of a great brand.

Not happy at all, I came into the store, one guy sweeping , walked towards the back, was told to go to other register to find out that they are closed, did not have any bread, very poor service, the doors should have been locked, had to pay for parking to only find out the store was closed. VERY POOR SERVICE

Truly one of the best experiences … I placed an online order and didn’t realize until I was home that one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the store and the woman who answered the phone (I wish I got her name) apologized profusely, made the sandwich, and delivered it to my home personally. Just … wow. Above and beyond. Thank you!
