Even though there was only one person working on a Saturday at noon, she worked 2 registers to move the line quickly, then made everyone's sandwiches. I had multiple sandwiches with all different specifications and they were all perfect!Vegetarian options: Can make a veggie sandwichParking: Parking out front but at busy times can be full. Make sure to pay the meter!

Worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Ordered food for delivery directly from the store. After 1 hour with no food, I called and was told the driver was on the way. After 1.5 hours, I called again and was told she was still on the way (we live less than 10 minutes from the store). I was told I would be given a refund at least after asking (not clear this actually happened as I cannot yet see it on my card). After 2 hours, I called again and was told the driver got lost. I asked if they could re-make the sandwich and send out a driver again. Was simply told no. No offer for future compensation or anything, I was simply told that I would not be getting the food we had ordered. It’s not like we live in a hard to find address, we’re in a residential neighborhood in Alexandria that, again, is less than 10 minutes from the store. And had I not called, it does not seem that anyone would have contacted me to tell me that the food just wasn’t coming. Truly awful customer service.

SLOw and rude! I walked in and said I had a pick up order. She said they were making it. I waited for almost 15 -20 minutes standing in front of them while they are making sandwiches. He said pick up order and put the sandwich behind him I said yes then he ignored me. So I waited thinking it wasnt my order cuz why else would he ignore me and put the sandwhichs behind him. Come to find out the sandwhich was mine so I stood there watching them make sandwhich for 15 minutes while my food was done cuz the guy who made eye contact couldn't speak or ask me? All 3 of them couldn't of talked to each other to communicate?!

fast service!! sandwiches are pretty basic, but i think that is expected. i was very impressed when our 10+ group came for lunch and they made the first sandwiches before we all had finished ordering. definitely good for a fast lunch

I love this place! The sandwiches are delicious. The bread is baked there and it is so good! The staff is friendly and they help you get deals like a free sandwich. The place is nice and clean. You can order ahead and pick up. I am a regular now!

I placed an online order at this location because it was near my hotel, and we were preparing for travel back home. It was convenient to get food there and hit the road. Upon looking them up online, I saw that the rating was on the lower end, and I typically do not order from restaurants with a score below 4. I figured it'd be okay because I understand sometimes establishments have bad days. I parked my car and placed my order, being sure to indicate that I was already there online. I also clicked "I'm Here" on the confirmation email that was automatically sent once I submitted and paid for my order. After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing that there was practically all of the cars that had been parked in front of the restaurant were gone, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order. I also made sure my hazard lights were on as the instructions suggested. The man that answered the phone was unsure of my order being placed when I called he checked and said that they'd had a catering order they were working on and had not seen my order. He said that his coworker was working on my order. I asked if he knew how long it would take, and he repeated as if I was dense that someone was working on it. I didn't like his tone. The question needed to be asked because it was apparent that my order had not been a priority. It took about 10 more minutes, but a man walked out with our order in a box (coughing). He said he almost didn't know where to look for us and that someone would be bringing our drinks out. No sooner than he'd said that a lady walked up with our drinks. She seemed to be in a hurry but told us she'd made an extra drink and that we could have it. The food was delicious, and I guess I'd try them again at some point in the future.Parking: Paid street parking Monday-SaturdayFree street parking on Sunday

Ordered a lil Jimmy. This "sandwich" literally had one slice of meat on it. I'm using my finger as a reference to see the width. The actual size of the sandwich is ok for something considered little. But the meat....one thin slice, is laughable. Thank God for condiments otherwise I would choke on this bread sandwich.

Horrible location and service. Waited 20 minutes for a simple 2 sandwich order and still no food, and not busy at all. Employees just standing around, one stressed slow dude on the line, place was warm and humid. Cancelled order and left. Freaky slow!

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Was immediately rushed into ordering before I had 2-seconds to look at the menu by a rude worker. The smallest alteration to my sandwich during my frantic rush to order was met with a heavy sigh and eye rolling from behind the counter. Entire staff was outright condescending when I asked for mustard on my sandwich after already paying. A full hour prior to closing time and you could tell everyone behind the counter wanted to close up and leave. Not sure why Jimmy John’s even employs these lazy and rude people. I should have read the other reviews here before even attempting this location. On top of everything, I received the sorriest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever see. Definitely not worth even half what I paid for it. Never ever again.
