I used to order from here from time to time. However, now whenever there is a special going on, the app and website at this location never works. Don't email specials that only works with the app or website and then not have website or app ordering available.

Older guy in glasses played on his phone for the 5 minutes we were waiting to get service at the counter and then the skinny kid wanted to be rude when we ask for our sandwich the older guy didn't get off his phone the entire time we were there right behind the counter

There's something up with this location. Everytime I order here, my sandwich is never done after waiting 10-15min. They're not even that busy. This location is the only one where the service is slow. Today, after putting my order in and waiting for a few minutes for a parking spot, I walk towards the store and an employee walked in front of me. He went directly to the back of the counter. I said I was here for pickup and he took a look and said the order just came through. Seriously? That order went through 10-15 min ago. Where were you? What's worse, I feel my sandwich didn't have enough the deli meat in it. What a waste of time and money.Parking: This location is attached to an apartment complex. It is extremely difficult to get parking. Most of the time, you have to leave your car with its hazards lights on just to go and pick up your meal.

Recently the quality of Jimmy John's delivery service has gone way down. I have ordered twice within a month both orders were over 30 mins late and both times I received the wrong food. My husband's sub was just bread cheese and cucumber. Someone needs to be checking their orders before they go out the door. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they answered their phone.

I have came here a few times and I had nothing but the best service. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating.I had placed 2 orders but had to cancel one of them. I called them and told them I needed to cancel one of the orders since it wouldn't let me do it from the app and the person answered say no problem and was nice about it which I appreciated.One other time I put mustard by mistake on my online order and when I arrived I asked them if they already made the sandwich and they said they were making it and wanted to know if there was an issue. I stated that I didn't want the mustard but it's ok since I don't like to waste but the person making the sandwich insisted to make me a fresh one and I said no it's ok but they made me a new one anyways. I appreciate the customer service, they always go above and beyond.When you walk in they always speak to you and welcome you into the establishment. It is very clean. This is a smaller location so they have limited indoor seating.I always order the Turkey Tom sandwich with mayo, tomatoes, cheese, onions & extra pickles. The bread is so fresh and the sandwich is so delicious. What I also like is that when you put the rest of the sandwich in the fridge overnight, it still tastes good the next day!This location is off South Van Dorn Street & South Pickett Street. They have limited free surface parking around the establishment.

Just got back from my second trip. Went and order #7 at 7.02 pm when I got home it was only lettuce and tomato. That is it Went right back to let them know and get my #7 a young white kid (he said his name is mesi) try to convince me that #7 is just that till the other two guys came and looked at the receipt and admitted the mistake but that kid was still arguing.Hire the right people or train your employees. My self and anyone I know will avoid Jimmy Jones.

Ordered a delivery meal through a 3rd party app. It was never delivered. App deferred to the store - this store. The store claimed the food arrived, but it never did. I never got a refund and I never got my food. I will never eat Jimmy Johns again.

Bread over cooked and dry. Turkey was soggy, almost like canned chicken. Specifically asked the dude if the sandwich came with onions, he said yeah. No onions were on the sandwich. You're like a four ingredient sub shop, you can't memorize four ingredients?

This business has terrible customer service. Have mobile orders waiting too long. Delivery orders cannot follow location directions. I have had 2 unsatisfactory events at this location so I won't return.

I would echo the other reviews here. This location is ineffectively managed and both the quality and customer service are severely lacking especially of late. Whether it was the time I placed an afternoon order and then was called to advise that they were closing (inconsistent with their posted and online hours) or recent orders I've had with issues concerning freshness and quality, I would no longer recommend this location.

I like Jimmy Johns and I love how incredibly fast they make their sandwiches. That being said I've had several instances with this particular franchise where the delivery service was abhorrent. From them getting my orders wrong, forgetting drinks, taking 30-60 mins to arrive to rude customer service on occasion. Most of the staff is pleasant to deal with and I've never had any issues whatsoever in person. I stopped ordering delivery obviously but still recommend. They are neck and neck with Chick-Fil-A with the fastest service and have banging food. It's just their delivery that sucks. Best cookie as well in my opinion.

The food here has always been great but the guy with the beard is very very rude. He was upset people were coming in when they were about to close and I understand that but the level of bad service he gives is unnecessary. It made me feel as if l should leave and I was unwelcomed.

Never received my delivery order even though the app said it was delivered. Delivery driver lied and said he delivered it but he never did because we were waiting the entire time. Called the store number at 4:54 and he said he couldn't remake my order because the store was closed. Another lie. I just want my money back. He said he would void the order and refund my money but how can I trust that? Hands down worst customer service I've ever received.

I have patronized this location for five years, and have found the sandwiches to be consistently good. Service has been generally friendly, until recently. I have received rude service recently, primarily from the man who appears to be the manager. Should know his name and I don't, but he has a black beard. Name on the receipt is Damitrian. Yesterday, I ordered in store and was assisted by a trainee under his supervision. He yelled at her in front of me, then when she came to assist me, he was condescending to her when she made a mistake keying my order. She was customer service oriented, and being spoken to in the way she was, would have made anyone prone to making an error. I will avoid this location.
