About Kajiken Alexandria

Kajiken Alexandria is a modern and clean restaurant located on the side of a plaza. The staff is attentive and friendly, making it a great spot for ramen enthusiasts. Their menu features a variety of options, including the highly-recommended Abura Soba, which is a must-try for those looking to level up their ramen game. The Roast Beef Abura Soba is a standout dish, with tender and flavorful beef, perfectly chewy noodles, and a well-balanced sauce. The Tonkotsu Ramen is also a popular choice, with a rich and savory broth and tender chashu, though some find the broth needs more depth and flavor. Customers praise the karaage for being very good, juicy inside and crispy outside, and often add hot chili and extra meat for more flavor. The restaurant also offers other delicious options, such as Chicken Karaage and Kaki Fry, along with a nearby matcha shop that serves ice cream and bubble tea. While some feel the ramen with broth can be watered down and lacking in flavor, the noodles and appetizers are highly recommended. With its cute interior, efficient service, clean bathroom, and tasty food, Kajiken Alexandria is definitely worth a visit.

Been here twice and the food was fantastic each time!
The roast beef soba bowl was 🔥. Topped with a raw egg yolk and a dab of yogurt, after mixing everything around and taking my first bite it was immediately evident that this was a well thought out dish where each ingredient complimented the next. Also had the fried oysters with egg tartare for an appetizer but it was unfortunately a little on the forgettable side. The lemonade on the other hand tasted fresh and wasn’t overly sweet. All in all a great dinner.
Abura soba is amazing, the gyoza is to die for. Ramen is average, def try the Abura Soba. Good service.
