Everything there is very basic, nothing special. The vegetables are frozen, the chicken is fine (but costs more than twice as much as the rotisserie chicken up th street at Safeway), but nothing really stands out other than the yellow sauce. There are plenty of other identical Peruviana chicken places around, no need to drive past any of these to get to this sone. My wife likes their chicken soup and beef when it is cold out or she is sick but, even though they always on the menu, they rarely seem to actually have it. Call ahead if you are going for the soups.

3-4 customers had ordered their food that was already made. Asked for 2 pupusas and she made a face and said that’s going to be a long time almost 30mins so I just said ok thank you never mind and walked out 🤷🏽‍♂️

I had surgery yesterday and it went way over. When I came to i begged my girlfriend to get me your chicken and cheese. She came in right before closing and i think some people were disgruntled but we still got our food, thank you from the bottom of my heart for still serving us and sorry if it was inconvenient. This is one of my favorites (i used to work in reston and go to that one every week)

Arrived at 8:50 PM on Thursday, 12 December 2024, and an employee said they were closed. Yet, the restaurant’s sign and website says they’re open until 9:00 PM. I asked the employee all I wanted was some soup, but he said nothing was available.

If you want to eat here, you definitely have to come at least 30-45 minutes before closing. These employees want to leave at 9:00 PM, and whatever leftovers they have, they probably package it to take home.

So disappointing!
Returning from a 14- hour flight ordered delivery from King Pollo because it is right down the street. When checking on delivery grubhub app says order being picked up now. When no delivery made on time checked again and someone else was picking up the order now. When still no delivery checked with Grubhub Help via chat who reported the delivery being prepared now, an hour after the original order was placed! Then King Pollo canceled the order because they reportedly were out of an item. They have done this to me two times before!
Hungry, want your order soon? Maybe my experiences with them could be yours, too. Grubhub offered $7 coupon for next order because of delivery delay (what delivery?).

I drove to KFC and had my dinner in 20 minutes.

Grubhub may want to ensure they only service reliable restaurants.

Sat in traffic for over an hour just to get here and tell me they have no chicken and it’ll be 30 mins. So annoyed

The price of the food is much higher than normal. I compared the price with other restaurants. Plus an Arizona drink that costs 99 cents. They sell it for 2.50, it's a blatant theft.

I hadn’t ate here in a couple of years. I was heading to Alexandria on 7/25 and decided to stop in and get lunch. I was so excited only to be let down. From the time we entered and go to the service line the person behind the counter had her nose in her phone and didn’t look up for at least 4-5 mins and when she did she was startled and had a nasty attitude. Then she served my friend and I and was not friendly, but again I think it was because she had been startled over looking up and is standing there watching her. All the tables were absolutely filthy and there was no one in the establishment what so ever besides the employees and the 2 of us walking in. The trash was running o er in to the floor and everyone that walked in behind us was talking about it. An employee made her way out from the back where she grabbed the dirty bowls and empty trays but left the trash falling into the floor. The trash remained there from the start of us walking in and was still there after we walked out. No one was doing anything besides looking at their phones. The walls were spattered in food and the restaurant was very filthy. This was my final trip and I will never return again!!! Disgusting to say the least.

Good service. I stopped by with my daughter as we had to use restroom and ordered small order but the staff was very friendly
