I’ve been going to this place for a long time. I love the staff but I feel like they used to make the soup with more love back in the day I went today and unfortunately my noodles were a little bit hard but overall everything else has always been good.
I’ve been looking for a new pho place for a while and I am so glad I found Pho Viet Flare! The staff is very kind! We came in just about an hour before close and they were still incredibly hospitable. They have fantastic vegan options. The vegan pho and egg rolls were phenomenal. By far, this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the Washington, DC area (and it's a well hidden secret - but that is not going to last for long). There are plenty of options for vegetarians. I am a meat eater, for what it's worth, and they cook all of their food in a very clean manner. They also give you very generous portions. I can't tell you how great their restaurant is - and I hope you go to it.
