Mediocre food, slow service, loud pop music blaring, and no coffee “we have some left over from
Breakfast but we don’t serve coffee at dinner time”

The first day I arrived at 2 p.m., I was informed that the kitchen was closed. So, I decided to go to the Hyatt hotel across the street and had a delicious burger. That night, the bartender informed me that the bar was serving last call at 9:45 p.m. However, I passed by 15 minutes later and noticed that people were still being served new drinks.

The next day, I ordered dinner, only to be served Walmart-style patties between buns for an exorbitant $20. I’m certain that the bun alone costs more than the patty. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this establishment. It’s located in the Hilton Old Town Alexandria, and I’m a valued diamond member.

Service and atmosphere were excellent but the food was subpar at best. We were staying at the Hilton and went down for breakfast and were told they have a buffet. Online they actually have a menu you order from. The buffet was about what you get at most hotels for free, my husband thinks it was slightly better than that. Overall if I had it to do again I would have just picked up a sandwich from the Starbucks in the lobby areas and not bothered eating here. Recommend to avoid this restaurant.

This is inside a hotel lobby. Service was there but the guy seemed to be annoyed to pour a beer.

It's a hotel bar, enough said.

At 5 PM on a weekday they had a live musician who was too loud to have a conversation at a table of 2, and was not good. Food was excellent and they have a great happy hour.

I was at the hotel and went down for a drink. The draft beers were over carbonated. They were pouring beer in a pitcher and letting it rest before they would serve.

The food wasn’t bad, & the bartender was attentive. I had the wings In the picture and also a burger, both were worth 3 starts, definitely not bad, but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it. If you’re in the hotel and want to eat when you get here, sure it’s fine.

Waited for someone to seat us. We had to go ask the bartender. They pointed to a table and said you can sit there. Someone came and gave us water about 5 mins later. After waiting for 20 mins for anyone to come over, we decided to leave. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.*side note: it was not busy (2 people at bar & 3 tables of people)
