The place is nice and I liked the food, but unfortunately the service was very poor. The woman who attended me was quite rude, which made my first experience here very disappointing. Because of that, I couldn’t really enjoy my time as I expected. The location and food have potential, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I was very frustrated today. I had reserved the private room for a small baby shower 6 weeks ago. I had emailed the manager with questions. He responded and answered my questions. I emailed back saying I would like to reserve the room. No response. A week later, I emailed again... no response. A few days later I went in and spoke with the assistant manager. She told me everything was fine and she would email me back but the reservation was good to go. Never got an email. We show...
