Staff is very rude. She was on the phone didn’t had decency to say hello when we walked in. On top of it she was talking to someone on loud speaker even though we were inside the shop. Cake was not cold it was melting like ice cream.

Delicious & fresh cake

On Friday August 8 around 6:30pm the lady who took my order was extremely rude for the second time. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I was standing there when she abruptly said, “What do you need?” I was shocked. She doesn’t know how to greet or treat customers. After charging me she simply placed my order on the counter and walked away without a word. Such rude behavior and bad attitude. This is the second time I’ve had this unpleasant experience and I will never return again.

Disappointing Experience –Would Not Recommend
I strongly advise against buying cake from this place. The staff, including the owner, lack basic customer service skills and came across as quite rude during my visit. Even more frustrating, they sell cakes that are clearly not fresh, yet insist otherwise. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.

The cake for my son's fith birthday was more than I had expected with better taste and design.You can tell the time they took to make the cake with all details. My son was overjoyed and I couldn't agree more. So, thank you very much 😊

Desserts were good. Not sure if they make them fresh each day, but my first experience was great! Second I could tell maybe the cake was a day old. Customer service is great. Will go again!

Back in August, I went to Landmark Café for a last-minute birthday cake for my daughter, not knowing I needed to give 5 days' notice. Tsegenet worked her magic, contacted the baker, and made it happen—cake on time, happy kid, grateful mom! Yesterday, I went back for a fasting cake, and she delivered amazing service again. Tsegenet, you're the best—thank you!

Please don’t go there the owner is very bad attitude bad customer service and price is expensive

I always enjoy getting cake and baklava from this bakery whenever I’m in town. Today, my experience was excellent. Genet, the customer service representative, remained calm and patient despite dealing with a rude and disrespectful customer. She handled the situation politely and still provided me with warm, respectful service.

I will never step food in that bakery again. The woman there is extremely rude from her tone, body language, not giving me my cake in my hand, to the way she gave me my card back. I truly feel disappointed in what I experienced. Wish the guy was working tonight..
