One of the most helpful, friendly, pleasant, professional team of employees I've met. I visited the Lincolnia Alexandria store on 1/6, right at closing time to get last minute essentials. Tracey took the time to check me out in a pleasant, friendly manner. In addition, she took the time, to help me get set up through the app, patiently, at closing time, so I could take advantage of additional savings. The store manager, Gabe, was also very helpful, pleasant and professional.

It was my first visit here. This store is not on par with other locations I'm familiar with. The setup is rather tight, and the display upkeep is poor. I was expecting a great looking meat selection, but there were bags of fresh chicken hanging from the shelf, nearly on the floor. I won't return to this location.

Today I bought groceries in this store. I was very pleasantly surprised at how the young man put vegetables and fruits on the shelves. I haven't seen such order in this store for a long time! Everything was as you would expect to see. My family almost stopped visiting this store because of the chaos on the shelves with vegetables and fruits. But now it’s a different matter! There is no more chaos in the products, everything is in perfect order. My family is ready to continue buying vegetables and fruits in this store. Thank you.

The customer service was lacking. It's impolite when you greet the cashier, and they don't respond. Even after checking out, there was no acknowledgment. I didn't visit to pick up groceries for free; I came to make a purchase. My experience with a cashier was quite negative as he treated me and other customers poorly.

Nice, small grocery store with varying selection, as you find with all Lidl & Aldi stores.Locals often shop here first, then follow-up at Giant or Safeway for additional items. Definitely the least expensive shopping option.
