We love this place! We are regulars and have been here almost a dozen times. But we seriously can’t stand the salsa… I’m sorry, but nobody wants a pure onion salsa. The onions need to be diced finer and just 1/2 the amount in the house salsa. If they made this change our experience here would be so much better.
Solid lynchpin of Del Ray with reliable food and friendly service. The bean & cheese pupusas are my favorite, and the guacamole is pricey but easily the best I've tried in the area. Great for takeout as well, they include a portion of chips and salsa with every order!
