Lotus Pho & Grill is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and friendly service. The Bible tripe and fat brisket pho is wonderful, especially the broth. The owner and server are both nice and sweet, creating an amazing experience. They offer a delicious vegetarian broth option and separate the broth from ingredients for takeout orders. While the pho is the highlight, the spring rolls are also pretty good. The only improvement would be switching from styrofoam to more eco-friendly takeout options. Overall, a highly recommended dining spot with efficient service and delicious food.
