I grew up going to Mama Mia, I loved the place, and went there out of nostalgia recently. The smell of pizza was still there, but the owners are different and the food offerings are different, being that of hispanic cuisine as opposed to subs, however they still had pizza.I should have realized the pizza was not going to be good the minute I watched them struggle to get it out of the pan and into the box. In my personal opinion and belief this is the best pizza restaurant in the whole entire DC, MD and VA . The owner is so inexplicably polite, courteous, respect, friendly. I could keep going on and on because of all the times that I have been there when I used to live in Rose hill apartments. I have never had anything wrong with my order or my family's. He puts his heart into everything that he makes for his customers!
