This could’ve been a 5-star review. My Irish self wanted a Reuben for St. Patrick’s Day. Placed my order via the app. It was ready when I arrived and the young lady who gave it to me was friendly. The corned beef was delicious BUT there was literally NO thousand island dressing on the sandwich. I had to add my own. The potato salad was average… not horrible but bland (could use some red onion, celery, relish, more paprika). Didn’t get a drink because the last time I got sweet tea it tasted like it was from the bottom of the barrel. Hit up Cold Stone for a milkshake.

The staff is terrible. Anita took my order. First, she does not know the menu. I asked her about the grilled chicken club, there is a king and club. She just said one is smaller. I asked if it was a half sandwich. She had no clue. I ordered a BLT no avocado. They made it with avocado. In my opinion, the staff is lazy and does not want to work. Spend your money somewhere else.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible. Tables are vlose together.

We frequent McAlister's quite often. The first time I ever had it was in Texas and I was happy to introduce it to my wife. So when we saw them put one in our area we were excited. We've had nothing but great customer service at this location and really appreciate everything they do and all the people that prepare the food. Thank you
