I ordered on the app and they made a very honest mistake of including egg on my steak biscuit which I am highly allergic to. I called and got Alex which I assume is the manager on the phone he was very understanding and asked what he could do to make it right. I opted to come back to get the sandwiches remade, which I realize seems petty but as someone who deals with food allergies sometimes it's simply the principal. One of the best McDonald's branches in Alexandria. The team works hard and is cohesive, unlike some other branches. Orders are delivered quickly and you are welcomed in a good way ?

The people who work here actually smile, and seem like they’re just super happy. Their spirit is contagious. That seems like something difficult to convey at a McDonalds. With their attitudes I wouldn’t even be mad if they got my order wrong, but they didn’t. Seriously, just to smile at someone and see them smile back is such a small thing that makes my day.
