Worth a visit to see the most run down Mcd's in VA. Bathrooms look like a bomb hit them. soda fountains don't work. Very low level for a McDonald's. Some very sketchy customers that you have to be careful interacting with. Not modern at all no kiosks. Cashiers are good though and food is typical McDonald's quality. The phone app allows you to do everything the kiosk can.

It's great, the only issue is all the crackheads begging for change in the drive thru and after you get food. They smoke crack by the dumpsters then beg you for cash when you pull up before and after you get your order.

However, I did not feel safe during my visit. The staff gave us a warning ahead of time and even had to chase away people asking for money. During a Friday lunch, there was also a man in the dining area who appeared to be experiencing a mental health crisis and was loudly talking to himself, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
