Honestly this is the only place in the DMV where you will find true artisan wild ales. Alex is a genius and pairs flavors with the skill of the best European blenders. Take a full evening and relax and enjoy all of the incredible flavors Alex’s beers contain. He has bottles for purchase as well!
This place is super interesting, I was fortunate to talk to the brewmaster/founder Alex and my brain honestly hurt, he is thoughtful and innovative on what he brings to the beer varietal he is bringing. He mentioned how he's making neer now for 2028 (fingers crossed beets and bee pollen are brought into 2028s line)

Totally awesome tasting room serving its own blended sours and saisons. The range is very impressive and delicious too. There is a single IPA for those that don't like sours. Alex and Dave are super helpful and make excellent hosts.
They don't do food, but there is an Italian bread basket to help with tasting.
I wish them well, they deserve it. I'll add a rough menu picture for a better idea.
