The staff here are the nicest people. The food is good, and I really love the sauces/seasonings. My only complaint is that the sauce cups for dine-in service were taken away. I understand that the cups were plastic and therefore very wasteful, so I would appreciate a reusable alternative that makes the in-person dining experience more convenient.

Nando’s still has great chicken, but had not been in years and was a little surprised that it turned into a McDonald’s or Chipotle kind of service? Or is it just this location? I was used that it would be like a restaurant, but now you order your food at a counter, pay for it like at a fast food place and then take a seat. You have to also get your drinks and cutlery 😳

The manager on duty (Hope) made sure we were well taken care of. She took her time show us to use the Nandos app and ensured our food was hot and tasty, suggested pairings and sauces. We will return, soon.
