Katie is the perfect person to have at the front counter! She is bright,cheery, friendly, and just the right amount of conversational. She knows her regular customers by name and greets them personally when they come in. She was helpful when I placed my order, pointing out exactly what would be in my sandwich,allowing me to make a substitution. She is fluent in Spainish and English and easily switches between the two to personalize her customers' experience. She was a delight to encounter.

I will NOT be returning to this location. I ordered a sausage, egg & cheese sandwich & the sandwich was missing the meat. I went back to get my order fixed. Still wrong, I got no cheese this time & the bread had a spot of mold on it. I mean WTH, will it hurt for the staff to double check the order is correct & not serve old bread!

Great customer service and food quality. Only concern here my worker friends and I, have a hard time here with no power outlets at this location. Recommend you charge your laptops and mobile devices 100% before you setup, as teams calls will drain battery life, sad no power lunches.

This location is far from the "cozy" experience to which I am accustomed when visiting Panera Bread. It offers spacioys patio dining during warm weather, but the interior is stark and sterile . . . definitely a "get in and get out" canteen, maybe a quick-stop diner, but definitely not a restaurant or comfortable community hangout.

Manager TK is the GOAT of customer service. I went to the Dulaney Street location to pickup my food and found out I foolishly ordered for pickup at a different location. I was so mad at myself and disappointed, ready to walk out the door when he came to my rescue and offered to contact the other location on my behalf and make my food for me there! I graciously accepted, and his team was quick and thorough, getting me on my way in no time. Thank you TK and staff for the wonderful service, you truly went above and beyond!
